Effects of withdrawal
We refund all payments without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

Early expiry for digital content
For digital programs the right of withdrawal expires if, before the period ends, you expressly agreed that we start delivery and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so (§ 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent at checkout. My voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee applies regardless.
