1. Hosting
This site runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, page, browser) is processed in server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Deleted after 14 days at the latest.

2. Cookies and analytics (consent only)
Only after you accept in the cookie banner do we load PostHog (PostHog Inc., hosted in the EU, Frankfurt) and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) with Consent Mode v2. They measure which pages and programs help. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Withdraw any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

3. Email course, waitlists and newsletter
When you sign up we store your email address, list, language, time and a hashed IP address (double-opt-in proof). Sending via Resend (Resend Inc., USA, EU standard contractual clauses). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 7 days.

4. Purchases
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland); we never see card data. We store email, program, time and payment reference to fulfil the contract and to meet tax retention duties (10 years). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (c) GDPR.

5. Bookings
Bookings run through Cal.com (Cal.com Inc., USA, EU standard contractual clauses) and load only when you activate the calendar on the coaching page. Video calls take place on Google Meet or Zoom.

6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and complaint to a supervisory authority (for Baden-Württemberg: LfDI). Write to info@pratiushsharma.com.
