1. Scope
These terms apply to all purchases of digital programs (PDF, audio, video) and bookings of online sessions via pratiushsharma.com. Provider: [First name Last name], [address].

2. Contract
The contract is concluded when payment is completed at Stripe. You receive a confirmation email with the download links.

3. Prices
All prices in euros. No VAT is shown under § 19 UStG.

4. Delivery of digital content
Download links are valid for seven days and can be re-requested any time via “Resend my downloads”. Access does not expire.

5. Licence
You receive a simple, non-transferable licence for private use. Sharing and publishing are not permitted.

6. Money-back guarantee
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal: within 14 days of buying a program, I refund the full price on an email to info@pratiushsharma.com.

7. Online sessions
Appointments can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before. After that the session is charged. Yoga does not replace medical treatment; if you have a condition, talk to your doctor first.

8. Liability
I am liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

9. Final provisions
German law applies. Consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
